Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described on the product page.
Eligibility Requirements
- Item must be in original, unaltered condition
- Any certification, documentation, accessories, or materials supplied with the product must be returned where applicable.
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
Non-Refundable Items
Custom and bespoke sourcing orders are non-refundable once sourcing has begun. Sale items marked as final sale are also non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Inspection and Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. E-Shal Jewelz reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests if returned items do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Delivery Delays
Delivery delays caused by customs processing, courier services, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.
