Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or bespoke orders may require 5-10 business days for preparation and certification.

Carriers and Delivery Times

We ship via DHL Express (3-5 days), FedEx International (5-7 days), and EMS (7-14 days). Carrier selection depends on destination and order value.

Insurance and Tracking

All orders over $200 are automatically insured at full declared value. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched from Bangkok.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Free Shipping Threshold

Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping to all 180+ countries we serve. Express shipping remains available at standard rates.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, courier services, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. E-Shal Jewelz is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is refused or undeliverable due to customer error, return shipping and any re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
