We ship to over 180 countries worldwide. All orders are fully insured and tracked via DHL, FedEx, or EMS.
We offer a 7-day return window for damaged or misrepresented items. Custom orders are non-refundable. Original certification must be included.
All our gemstones are natural. The lab certificate specifies origin, treatment status, and quality grading from internationally recognized labs.
